What do you ﬁnd most challenging in CrossFit?
To push one self to do those extra reps/kilos and keep on going when you’re totally exhausted and the body just want to stop.

Almost one and a half year
Why did you begin doing CrossFit?
I’d put a side martial arts training for a couple of years, did regular gym and cardio training, got bored and craved more and better work outs to feel satisfied with my training.
