What do you do for a living?
I just finished a course at the Universtiy of Stockholm and now I´m just enjoying the summer. I work parttime with eventproduction and parttime in a small shop. When Im of work I like to do crossfit and spend time with my friends, sing/play guitar and travel when I get the chance!
What is your proudest achievement to date?
It was when I did my first Muscle up in workout 12.4 this year in march at the crossfit games open period! Then I was very proud because I didn´t thought that I could do a muscle up after 150 wallballs and 90 DU´s.
Who’s your sporting inspiration?
It´s not just one. It is several swedish atletes. Among them Númi Snaer Katrinarson, Jenny Jacobsen, Louise Åkesson and Ellinor Renström. I get inspired from them because they live in Sweden and its easier for me to get inspired from people whom I can compare myself with.
What is your favorite music to workout to?
Swedish house maffia, News played on the Radio with more than 120 bpm.
What do you ﬁnd most challenging in CrossFit?
To lift yourself or a really heavy weight more than six times in a metcon combined with one, two or tre other movements. Because then you often need to let go to rest and your entire body tells you to stop and you need to create mental force to continue.
What is your perfect cheat food?
A really good homemade burger with a good bread and crispy fries. Served with a beer.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
A year in august!
Why did you begin doing CrossFit?
A friend invited me to a crossfit festival and after that I didn’t wanted to do anything else.
